I have booked for home blood test. Although I have very thin veins and usually it is very painful to insert the needle , Rita did an amazing job! She was extremely patient and professional. I made a mistake on my building number, and the nurse miss Rita was so understanding. She was smiling while I kept apologising because I thought she'll be upset.
