Medics Labor

Order from the patient record: Start a laboratory request from the patient, a consultation or the Laboratory page and choose Medics Labor. Katarina opens the Medics Labor order portal in a new tab.

Patient data already filled in: Katarina passes the patient's name, date of birth, contact details, AHV number and insurance to the portal, so nobody types them twice.

Results arrive on their own: Every 20 minutes, Katarina imports new results with the PDF report and files them to the right patient. A result it cannot match waits on the Laboratory page.

Abnormal values stand out: Critical and abnormal values are flagged, and the patient's Laboratory tab shows every value over time in one table.

Medics Labor AG is a medical laboratory based in Bern. It runs walk-in centres in Bern, Mels, Grenchen, Naters and Hünibach, and offers doctors electronic ordering and results with e.auftrag and e.befund.

Katarina opens the order with the patient's data filled in and imports every result with its PDF report, every 20 minutes.
