Send from the invoice list: Select invoices, click Send and choose MediData for each service provider. Katarina builds the invoice in the Forum Datenaustausch 5.0 format, with the attached PDFs and images, and uploads it.

Status without checking: Four times a day, Katarina asks MediData where each invoice stands and marks it as delivered or failed. You can also sync from the Financial menu.

Insurer responses on the invoice: Responses appear in the invoice log as accepted, rejected or pending, with the amounts. A rejected invoice is flagged as an error.

Errors you can act on: MediData notifications show on the invoice with the error code, the likely reasons and the suggested fixes.
