From the scanner to Katarina: Your scanner sends each PDF to your practice's SFTP account, or FTP if the scanner requires it. Every scan becomes a document in the To classify queue.
AI suggests the classification: Katarina reads each scanned document and proposes a classification. You check it in the queue.
Or send by email: Generate a scan address and email attachments to it. Each attachment lands in the same queue.

Choose Scan to SFTP and create your practice's account.

Enter it in the scanner
Type the server, user name and password into your scanner's scan to SFTP settings.

Optional: a scan address
In the same place, generate an email address for documents you send by email.
